The food we had at the restaurant was amazing. We went for brunch with my spouse, and everything from the reception to the service was perfect. They have beautiful canal-facing tables, and I believe they also have outdoor seating in the summer. I really enjoyed the pancakes and the Pan con Tomate. I’d definitely love to go back.

For my mom’s birthday, we enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea — and she was so excited about it! It was a three-course experience, with a delicious tea served alongside each course. We started with warm and savory Japanese bites, then moved on to sweet (vanilla) and savory (pumpkin-parmesan) scones, and finished with the most delicious desserts as the grand finale. We couldn’t even finish it all! Such a wonderful experience. They were also super thoughtful and really paid attention to our dietary preferences — so attentive! Special thanks to the sweet Asia (hope I’m spelling your name right!) — she’s always so cheerful and kind. You can really tell she loves making guests happy!

Beautiful location where we had a fun afternoon tea. The 3 different teas are excellent and go very well with the 3 courses (savoury, scones, sweet). I had been too polite about specifying we wanted vegetarian food and after half an hour someone came to ask. This delayed the proceedings somewhat. The savoury dishes were good. The scones were 1 cheese & jalapeno and 1 with jam & cream. They were excellent. The sweet course was also good but not excellent. The macaron with a centre of marshmallow had little flavour. The roll and lycee pastries were very good m The staff were wonderful and answered our many questions about the tea. We had a lovely afternoon before strolling round the exceptionally beautiful hotel.
